Exquisite vintage Murano glass aquarium 8 tall, 9.5 pounds. Do not get this aquarium confused with the paperweight version of these which are small... Notice the details of the fish and seaweed in photos. There is also a beautifully rendered jellyfish, which is rare for these pieces.

Truly the most exquisite one of these Murano aquariums that we have ever seen. It changes colors and vibrancy as the sun goes down, gorgeous. Gorgeous detail with controlled bubbles, rocks, fish, jellyfish, seaweed and coral elements. This piece is unsigned but stylistically very similar to the high quality work of Murano maestros like Alberto Dona and Elio Raffaeli, so it could possibly be the work of either of these artists, but is not inscribed with any signature. Pre-1980 vintage aquariums often were not signed. Vintage style Murano sticker is still attached.
