I'm offering for your consideration a very rare set of 4 Murano hand blown dark green Italian art glass drinking glasses and pitcher, with enamel and gold gilt "Grotesque" changing faces. The set is made by designer Anzolo Fuga circa 1947- 1948 and is described in his book as follows: "At the Bevilacqua La Masa exhibitions in 1947 and 2948, Anzolo Fuga presented objects painted with enamel, described in the catalog as "glass pieces decorated with enamels" and as "Green Grottesco set in the manner of Jean Cocteau. There is no indication of how many of these sets were made or survived, especially sets including the pitcher, making these pieces extremely rare. The pitcher measures 8"high x 4"7/8 in diameter and each glass measures 4"1/4 high x 3" in diameter. In very good used condition, with no condition issues!
