Signed with inscribed GAMBARO & POGGI, MURANO ITALY as shown, the large and lovely Black Sommerso Glass Bird Woodpecker? Sculpture has a Red Beak, Eyes and Head Feathers.

The sculpture is clear glass to the exterior and black to the interior with silver flakes. It rests on and is attached to a black scalloped glass base. Great display piece in any room. Well loved and cared for. CONDITION: Excellent and free from chips, cracks or damage MEASUREMENTS: 14 1/2 tall VINTAGE: 1980 era.
