Hand Blown Murano Venetian Art Glass Goblet Applied Sea Creature

One of a kind, hand blown art glass goblet / compote approximately 7 tall. Diameter of the bowl opening is approximately 6 3/4.

Stunning gold flecks within the glass bowl and stem - almost ribbon-like. The base resembles a sea cactus with glass arms curving out in different directions. The unusual stem has been all hand blown and hand applied.

This is an exceptional piece of art glass and comes from the estate of a collector of very fine glass and paperweights. It is in perfect condition and was stored for many years in a closed curio. It weighs 14.4 ounces.
