This is a stunning, monumental piece of contemporary art glass from Mazio Art Glass Studio. This is an exceptionally large "Wing" or "Fan" sculpture, measuring approximately 25 inches long and 12 inches high. Crafted with traditional Venetian-inspired techniques, this piece features a vibrant explosion of color and texture. Millefiori/Murrine Accents: The center is densely packed with intricate "thousand-flower" murrine canes in a variety of colors.
Macchia & Cane Work: Large, bold patches (Macchia) of emerald green and amber orange are layered with delicate blue and red glass stringers (canes) that stretch across the length of the sculpture. Scale: At 2 feet wide, this is a true statement centerpiece with incredible presence. No chips, cracks, or repairs. The glass remains clear and vibrant. The original "Handmade - Designed by Mazio" label is still intact on the base.
