Huge Murano Art Glass Bird Of Paradise Figurine VINTAGE EX! UP FOR CONSIDERATION IS A FABULOUS VINTAGE MURANO ITALY ART GLASS BIRD OF PARADISE FIGURINE... THIS ONE WAS MADE BY THE FORMIA GLASS FOUNDRY IN MURANO ITALY.. FORMIA WAS FOUNDED BY 2 FAMOUS GLASS MASTERS - FORMENTELLO AND MIAN IN THE YEAR 1962.. THIS IS A VINTAGE PIECE MADE AT LEAST 40 YEARS AGO AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!

MINOR WEAR AT THE BASE WHERE IT SITS.. THE BIRD IS HAND BLOWN AND VERY HEAVY WEIGHING OVER 8 POUNDS AND VERY TALL STANDING 18 1/4 INCHES TALL.. THE SCULPTURE IS 9 1/2 INCHES LONG FROM THE FRONT OF THE BASE TO THE BACK OF HER TAIL.. THIS IS A VERY LARGE SCULPTURE.. THE FIGURE HAS NO CHIPS..

CRACKS OR REPAIRS AND FEATURES BEAUTIFUL COLORS OF PINK AND PEACH WITH A LIGHT BLUE CROWN AND GREEN TAIL WITH TONS OF GOLD AVENTURINE THROUGH-OUT THE SCULPTURE..
