No chips or cracks visible or felt. Very heavy, substantial beautiful large piece. As you can see in the pictures, this is really a cool piece because in different light settings and looked at from different angles.

They just seem to be different colors that appear and pop out that are embedded in the makeup of the glass. Every time I look at it, it's slightly different views and colors coming out.
