Licio Zanetti, Italian, Hand Blown Murano Art Glass Toucan Sculpture measuring 12 1/2" tall x 12 5/8" in depth and 8 long, It weights 12 pounds and 4 ounces. Near mint to mint condition, only some minor scratching on the bottom of the base where it sits on a table. Founded in 1956, the Zanetti Vetreria Artistica by glassmaster Oscar Zanetti and his son Licio. In 1989 master Licio Zanetti stepped down in favor of his son Oscar.

(named after his grandfather), who had been working by his side since his youth. Licio's work shows a predilection for naturalistic subjects is reflected in a lively collection inspired by the flora and fauna of his beloved Venetian Lagoon.
