Murano Art Glass Vase Signed w-Applied Amazing Stem Work Fine Design

Artist Signed 40's Murano Art Glass Vase w-Applied Amazing Double Colored Stem Work Design, Estate sale NYC in May 1970. Mid-Century Modern art glass Murano vase is Artist-signed at the base, signature is illegible, so the exact artist cannot be determined. The trumpet style vase is done in a somewhat opaque grey blue frosted trumpet style. Stem of the vase has a hand applied double colored ribbing design that wraps around it.

One side is clear, one side a blue color, meets at bottom of vase, wraps with a tip of gold gilding over the signature on base. Presumed this vase was produced in approximately 1962-65. Beautiful and lovely design, well executed piece. Measures: 11 inches tall, 9 inches deep, 3 inches around top rim which is polished flat, smooth & fine, typical trumpet taper down to a slightly arched worked round base, polished pontil, worked nicely & a signature.
