Here is a wonderful chunky, heavy, diamond shaped Venetian glass vase, made on the island of Murano , near Venice, Italy. This style of glassware is usually attributed to Mandruzzato , although other manufacturers have made similar items, including Oball , Campanella and V. In a stunning combination of pink glass cased in a band of amber glass, which is further encased in an angular block of pale blue glass, using the renowned Venetian Sommerso technique. 7 inches tall by 3.75 inches in diameter at widest point.
