This lamp has elements that seem to fit 2 Murano glass techniques -"Zanfirico" and "Latticino". Both use the technique of stretching and twisting glass "canes" to form a lattice and ribbon pattern. Both these design elements are incorporated in the design. The glass colors are lovely shades of blue and green. Each "cane" is slightly convex on the body of the lamp (see the picture), that creates ribbing like a melon.
The lamp and base are oval- I've tried to capture this in the pictures. The lamp is 19.5"H to the top of the socket; glass at the widest width is 5". The base is metal with what appears to be a dogwood pattern with leaves and berries. The oval base is 6.75"L x 4.5"W at the widest.
I can not confirm the metal type. The lamp weight 3 lb 7oz.
There are no chips; the lamp works. I suspect that this was a vase converted to a lamp. I used both a dark and white background.
