Alfredo Barbini Murano hand blown glass bowl with swirls of gold & aventurine stripes. Of a flower with three decorative folded rims, this bowl is gorgeous when placed in the light.
Designed and created by Alfredo Barbini, and very similar items can be seen in the book "Italian Glass, Century 20" by Leslie Pina on page 154. This bowl is a wonderful example of Venetian freeform biomorphic glass making and has a beautiful combination of lattimo and white glass. L x 8.5 in. W x 3.75 in.
