Pair of Venetian Murano Alfredo Barbini Blackamoor Figurine Candleholders 1950s

Gracefully executed in the form of elaborately dressed regal footmen presenting a single candle holder and bobeche. Beautiful undulating mouth-blown glass figures with applied details, ruffles, accented with gold Avventurina glass. No apparent signature or makers marks but reference photos clearly identify these are the work of master artisans at the Murano studio of Alfredo Barbini. Measuring between 13"-13.25"H; base diameter 4.25; solid glass weighing 3.9 lbs each before packing. Superb condition without any issues noted.

A few production inclusions and pinhead size rough spots on surface edge of ribbed pants - under magnifying glass it seems to be a tiny inclusion under surface (too small to photograph); unpolished pontil.
