With an amber body and darker amber head, incised'Pino Signoretto for Ogetti' on bottom with sticker. He used traditional Murano glassblowing techniques to depict animals, pop-culture icons, and art historical eras. Born on September 28, 1944 in Venice, Italy, he first began glassblowing as an apprentice of Alfredo Barnini. After his apprenticeship, the artist began working in the technical and commercial glassblowing industry. Since the mid-1980s, Signoretto hasd been internationally recognized for his work, with exhibitions and teaching demonstrations all over the world.
