The technique is unimaginable as each fine line of multiple lace patterns rests perfectly and symmetrically inside the glass. This piece has a cobalt blue rim on the goblet and footed base and the stem is elaborate with multiple shapes of hand blown glass sections in varying patterns. Latticino patterns are in black with hand painted accents of blue green.

Savoie's glass is all hand blown and accented in multiple colored latticino or lace-like patterns. He is known for his Italian series of "Zanfirico" goblets, using colored glass canes in his latticino technique.
