Get ready to own an extremely rare and oh so beautiful large piece of Seguso Murano. As you can see, the bottom portion (bowl) is similar to cranberry color glass with slightly a different tint. Well to me, it is the color of a Tanzanite. It truthfully is one of the most stunning pieces I have seen over the years. The camera does not do it justice.

I do not see a signature. No chips, cracks or dings found. Under one wing (see last pic) there is a teeny bit of a flaw in the glass that at first I did think may be a signature but after looking very close, it is not. I do not think it is damage and again is under the wing and does not detract from the piece. It measures approximately 7 1/2 at the widest.

From the base to the top of the bird 10 3/4. With the lid off the mouth opening is 4 3/4" and without the lid the bottom bowl is approximately 5 1/4" It weighs 5 lbs 5 oz prior to packing. A few pics were taken with a flash to show color and details better. I pack my items so they will get to you in one piece. Sometimes this makes the weight a little more.

It does not do either of us any good for your item to arrive broken. It will be double boxed and packed extremely well.
