I guarantee that the piece is Murano!! Some of the pieces still had the Murano sticker, but most didn't (the stickers usually came off the first time the piece was cleaned). No matter, Avid Murano collectors can tell a piece in a minute! Murano is a small Island located just off the coast of Venice, Italy. A bridge connects the Island with Venice.

Most everything on the Island is dedicated to the art of glass blowing. Condition: Wonderful, just as it came from the factory. Naturally there are a few tiny flaws (there always are), but the only one I could see on the horse is a very shallow 1/8" x 1/4" factory rough spot where the glass didn't smooth over. This area is located just above the tail (see photo 9 close-up). Description: As I'm sure you will agree, this piece is totally unique in the way the different shades of caramel blend together with the white (Craftsmanship at it's finest). Just look at the wonderful detail on the head, tail and mane! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MY PHOTOS (WHILE BEING CLEAR) SHOW THE COLORS LIGHTER THAN THEY ACTUALLY ARE (they are darker). My lighting shows large areas of white (reflections), which of course aren't there.

Try as I might, I just couldn't duplicate the actual varied caramel coloring in my photos! Note: As always, I have a 14-day guarantee, but once you hold it in your hands - you will never part with it! If you live on the East or West Coast or in Florida it will be much more!
